Product Description     

Molecular sieve is an artificially synthesized hydrated aluminosilicate (zeolite) or natural zeolite with the ability to screen molecules
The production methods mainly include hydrothermal synthesis, hydrothermal conversion, and ion exchange.
The hydrothermal synthesis method is used to produce high-purity products and synthesize molecular sieves that do not exist in nature;
The hydrothermal conversion method utilizes solid aluminum silicate water to thermally convert into molecular sieves, which has lower cost but lower product purity compared to the hydrothermal synthesis method;
The ion exchange method converts Na molecular sieve into a molecular sieve containing the desired cation in an aqueous solution.

Directional channel:
Having a pore structure oriented along its length can enhance the diffusion efficiency and selectivity of molecular sieves in certain directions.

Easy to handle:
Due to its regular shape and larger size, it is easier to handle, load, and recycle during production and processing, thereby reducing operating costs and difficulty.

Efficient heat and mass transfer:
Helps improve the heat and mass transfer efficiency between it and the surrounding medium, which is particularly important in chemical reactions or separation processes that require rapid heating or cooling.
Customized design:
Customized design can be carried out according to specific application requirements, including adjustments in pore structure, chemicalcomposition, size, and shape, to meet different process requirements.
