Siica gel of column chromatography is white beads or irregular particles. its major component is SiO2; . nH20, non-toxic and tasteless, stable in chemical properties, it doesn'l react with any other substances except strong acid and hydrofluoric acid, its insoluble in water and organic solvent. silica gel of column chromatography is porous material and has different adsorption and retention time of diferent polar substanes, so it can be used to separate and purify.
Application
This product is mainly used for removal and refined aromatic hydrocarbons from petroleum products, selective adsorption and separation of substances of different polarty; It can be used as catalyst carrier and chromatography tam body and also can be used for the separation and purification of the active ingredients of Chinese hertal medicine
