YM Conducted Training on 8D Report
In order to improve the quality management level of the company's management personnel, the company recently conducted a training on 8D reporting led by the Quality Department. As the keynote speaker, Ms Chang, the manager of the company's quality department, explained the 8D report in detail from simple to deep, focusing on what it is, the benefits of implementing 8D, and the implementation steps of 8D report. Through this training, all management personnel of the company have benefited greatly, providing a documentary basis and knowledge reserve for the improvement of the company's quality management level. The training ends with "learning at work and working after learning". We hope that everyone can master quality management skills through this learning and better serve the quality improvement work.
